Refund & Return Policy

At Sonoran Swirls, every order is handcrafted and baked fresh specifically for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain the following refund and return policy.

Returns

Food products cannot be returned once they have been picked up or delivered.

We do not accept returns on any baked goods, specialty items, custom orders, or seasonal products.

Refunds

Because our products are made fresh to order, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after an order has been placed

  • Flavor preferences or personal taste

  • Orders not picked up during the designated pickup window

  • Incorrect ordering information provided by the customer

  • Failure to review product descriptions, ingredients, or pickup details prior to purchase

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before the weekly order cutoff may be eligible for store credit or a refund at our discretion.

Once production has begun, orders are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Product Quality Concerns

We take pride in the quality and safety of our products.

If you believe there is a problem with your order due to:

  • Product quality concerns

  • Incorrect items received

  • Significant damage occurring prior to pickup

  • Foreign objects or food safety concerns

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, we may request photographs and additional information.

When a claim is verified, Sonoran Swirls may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the affected product

  • Issue store credit

  • Provide a partial or full refund

Limitation of Liability

Sonoran Swirls' liability for any approved claim shall be limited to the purchase price of the affected product(s).
