Pickup Policy
Order Deadlines
To ensure every order is prepared fresh, all Saturday market pickup orders must be placed by Thursday at 8:00 PM.
Orders placed after the weekly cutoff will automatically be scheduled for the following available pickup date.
Pickup Locations
Sonoran Swirls offers pickup at select Valley locations, including farmers markets and designated pickup spots.
Available pickup locations and dates are displayed during checkout.
Please review your selected pickup location carefully before completing your order.
Arrival & Pickup
Please arrive during your selected pickup window whenever possible.
To help ensure a smooth experience:
- Have your order confirmation available.
- Provide the name used on the order.
- Verify your order before leaving the pickup location.
Missed Pickups
If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because our products are made fresh and perishable:
- Missed pickups are generally not eligible for refunds.
- We will try our best but cannot guarantee alternate pickup arrangements.
- Any alternate pickup accommodations are made at our discretion and based on product availability.
Order Changes
We understand plans change.
Requests for order modifications must be submitted before the weekly order cutoff whenever possible.
After production has begun, changes may not be available.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products:
- Orders canceled before the weekly cutoff may qualify for store credit or a refund.
- Orders canceled after the weekly cutoff are generally non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for missed pickups.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
Product Quality
Our cinnamon rolls are baked fresh and are best enjoyed within 5 days of pickup.
Storage recommendations:
- Store in an airtight container.
- Keep at room temperature (refrigerate to extend life up to 10 days).
- Warm briefly 10-15 seconds in microwave before serving for the best experience.
Weather & Market Changes
In the event of severe weather, market cancellations, or circumstances beyond our control, Sonoran Swirls may adjust pickup arrangements.
Customers will be notified using the contact information provided at checkout.
Food Safety Notice
Sonoran Swirls operates under Arizona Cottage Food regulations.
Products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government inspection.
