The People behind the Rolls
Our Story
“Sonoran Swirls was born out of love, resilience, and a shared passion for food and family.”

Noah and I first met in driver’s training at 16 and quickly became high school sweethearts. By 17, we were working side by side at Red Lobster, learning the hustle of food service and how much joy food can bring to people. At 18, Noah began his electrical apprenticeship, building a career in a skilled trade while I supported him. A year later, at just 19, we were married.
When we turned 22, we welcomed our first daughter. Around that time, Noah stepped away from electrical work to learn sales, before briefly returning to the trade again. In 2021, we packed up our life in Battle Creek, Michigan, and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, for a job opportunity. Four years later, when that opportunity came to an end, we faced a choice: return to Michigan or find a way to plant deeper roots here.
From 2017 until 2025, I was a stay-at-home mom, raising our daughters and supporting Noah as he worked hard to provide. But when everything shifted at the end of 2024, I knew it was my turn to step in and help carry the load. That’s when we turned to what had always come naturally…our love for food, service, and bringing people together.
That’s how Sonoran Swirls was born. What started as a way to provide for our family has grown into a thriving bakery brand. Today, our cinnamon rolls can be found in four retail locations across the Valley, and we serve our community at 7–9 markets every week.
More than just cinnamon rolls, Sonoran Swirls is our family story baked into every swirl…a story of faith, grit, and joy. And as we grow, we’re building not just a business, but a legacy for our three daughters to carry forward one day.
Sonoran Swirls is our passion!
